You likely have SQL Server Books Online installed, and don't have VS.Net installed. If this is the case then you need to rename the HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\Software\Microsoft\MSDN\7.0 InstallDir entry, then do the install, then set it back.

This is a bug in the installer and will be fixed in the next released.
